What Devices Are Covered?

Our warranty registration supports a variety of mobility devices, including:

  • Electric Wheelchairs: Lightweight and portable models like the Robooter E40 and Robooter X40.
  • Additional devices will be supported as we expand our offerings.

Warranty Coverage Details

Our warranty coverage provides protection against defects in materials and craftsmanship for all eligible devices.

  • Frames: Covered for five (5) years from the date of purchase.
  • Motors, Controllers, and Batteries: Covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase for electric-powered devices.
  • Other Components: Consumable parts (e.g., tires, seat cushions) are not included unless a defect in materials or craftsmanship is identified.

Warranty Limitations

While our warranty provides comprehensive protection, the following limitations apply:

  • Normal wear and tear or reduced performance of consumable parts.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party vendors.
