Yes airlines will allow our power chairs on planes, you can typically roll right up to your gate and the
airline will load it, then have it ready for you upon arrival. You should check in advance of your flight on
battery size allowances as some airlines will not allow our 20ah battery aboard planes, but we do have
smaller batteries available as accessories which will be allowed on.

Our X40 folds and unfolds with a simple touch of a push button, or with our Bluetooth app. Our E40 folds and unfolds with two simple lever clicks taking 2 seconds, and zero effort.
The wheels do need to be removed. This can be cumbersome and hard on the fingers, our already low weight chairs do not need to have any parts removed to further reduce any weight.

Our sleek and informative user friendly display includes which gear you are set on, the current travel
speed, and percent battery life left.

With other chairs yes, but the Robooter has an easy to use cruise control setting where you can set the speed and adjust the course just like you do in a car, so your hand and fingers don’t get tired or sore.
All our power chairs come with a novice mode which reduces the speed the user can travel until they are fully comfortable to operate at higher speeds.
Yes, the chairs have automatic breaking whenever the joystick is released including slopes for ultimate user safety.
The E40 model comes with two storage compartments, a water proof rear storage hard shell zipper pouch, and also a hanging basket under the seat. There is additional storage available as an accessory for the X40.
Our chairs have many safety features including backup warning, automatic breaking, automatic speed slow down when turning, and an SOS button where the chair will announce “alert” repeatedly to help the user get assistance.
The chairs will be fully charged in 4-6 hours for a full charge from near empty.

The battery can last up to 8 hours of driving time. This can be reduced by low temperature, uphill slope,
and other factors.

Yes, both our X40 and E40 models have rear lights for great visibility in the dark. Our E40 also comes
standard with a light-touch LED flashlight on the armrest, and our X40 has an armrest flashlight
accessory available.

Yes it can, it has both USB-A and USB-C charging ports that can charge your phone or other devices
even while in use.

Yes, both our models have a cupholder/phone holder accessory available.

Yes, our chairs come with a distinguishable sounding horn.

Yes, our Bluetooth connected chairs allow you to control the chair with our smart phone app. Typically
this would be used for moving the chair elsewhere once you have left the chair. Our X40 can also be
folded and unfolded via the app.

Yes, our Bluetooth app can change chair settings including adjusting chair voice settings like the
reversing warning and other prompts, volume, gear, cruise control ability, and power.

Service and Parts

The Mobilist power chairs require little maintenance, however we do recommend monthly visual
inspections, and checking for tightness on nuts and bolts 4 times per year (depending on usage). The
Mobilist support team is always available during business hours to help via phone, email, or online chat
for any support help you may need.
