The manufacturer warranty by Robooter is best in class for all their products, backed by The Mobilist. We aim to make any warranty claim as easy and seamless as possible. We are dedicated to resolving your issue as quickly as possible, which is why we stock all parts and accessories and have service technicians around the Country on the ready to help you out however you need. To ensure your satisfaction and provide you with peace of mind, we offer the following limited warranty:

  1. Frame: 5 Years Limited Warranty

We warrant the frame of our electric wheelchairs to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers structural integrity and includes repair or replacement of the frame, at our discretion.

  1. Motors: 1 Year Limited Warranty

The motors of our electric wheelchairs are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions, and we will repair or replace the motors as necessary during the warranty period.

  1. Batteries: 1 Year Limited Warranty

We provide a 1-year limited warranty on the batteries of our electric wheelchairs. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, and it includes the repair or replacement of faulty batteries within the specified warranty period.

  1. Electronics: 1 Year Limited Warranty

The electronic components of our electric wheelchairs are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty includes repair or replacement of electronic parts found to be defective due to manufacturing issues.

All warranty limits are set from the date of purchase.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect.
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.
  • Acts of nature, such as fire, flood, or other external factors.
